The session planner comes in several forms including a capacity view that allows the user to quickly identify rooms and sessions with space for more children. NINOS uses ratio rules and staff availability to do the calculations for you.
Child Records
NINOS allows you to keep detailed child information which includes their regular sessions which allows the planning of a full week in just seconds. With automated room moves, pricing, statements and much more, NINOS has it covered.
Automated Funding
Funding is automated in NINOS. We have built a reporting feature that allows you to accurately report your funded hours claim and either export, email or print it. We have also built the ability to customise the funding report into the format required by your local authority.
Payments Due
The feature list debtors list shows you which parent owe money and their automated credit score. The form allows you to send a payment reminder to parents with the click of a button and log payments in seconds.
Accident Book
NINOS includes a comprehensive accident book. This allows accidents to be recorded properly and linked to children and staff. Each accident can be printed and/or emailed quickly. Any accidents logged against a child will show on their file.
Management Reporting
As well as a place offering childcare, at its heart a nursery is a business. This is why we have built a large variety of management reports to enable nursery managers and owners to easily track the progress of the nursery.
