We were delighted to be introduced to the team at Foursquare Solutions having previously wasting several frustrating months with another software company trying to kick-start a dynamic online pricing concept to support our brand repositioning and new website.
Having historically been somewhat intimidated and self-effacing when managing Software as a Service (SaaS) and exploring software alternatives, it was clear from our first meeting with Foursquare Solutions that they had a humility balanced with an insatiable appetite for overcoming software challenges and delivering the answer. Having taken the time to understand our sector and marketplace and the challenges we face, our relatively homogenous products and the diverse audiences and customer demographics, Foursquare Solutions prepared a comprehensive project proposal detailing their understanding of the project brief, proposed timelines and costs. This alongside their expectations of us. This was accompanied by a breakdown of the ongoing annual costs and optional maintenance and support services.
Having satisfactorily scoped the missing elements between us, we introduced the team at Foursquare Solutions to our vendor specialising in operating systems for the fuel distribution and fuel card industry, and the working party members at Your NRG (then Oil NRG) responsible for delivering the bespoke project.
Foursquare’s tireless quest for our success resulted in what we believe to be a unique online solution in our sector giving Your NRG a competitive advantage, whilst allowing our existing and prospective online customers to make a confident choice when it comes to choosing Your NRG as their liquid fuel supplier to warm their homes and fuel their businesses.
As expected with a project of this size and nature, and the number of parties involved, and the sequencing of activities there were some delayed objectives, however, the overall project was completed on time, with additional dashboards and reporting out-with of our original expectations. We are also delighted to advise that the ROI was almost immediate, reinforcing our commitment to task Foursquare Solutions with further new and exciting projects.
