The Brief

Our client is a private flight provider offering chartered flights to a range of clients. They got in touch hoping for a way to make their regular and time-consuming tasks quicker and more accurate. The system must be cloud-based to allow for future integration into third-party systems.

What Does The Solution Do?

Location Management

The system allows easy management of airports. Every location is stored with GPS coordinates using a map view to allow the user to confirm the accuracy of the coordinates.

Route Calculations

This system allows the user to quickly add their starting point and a list of waypoints for the flight. The system shows the most optimised route and starting point using a nautical mileage calculation and displays it on-screen.

Integration

We have big plans for this system in the future. This includes a pricing and invoicing module along with integration with third-party systems; in the first instance being a regular client's own system to automatically offer assets based on their live requirements.
